Wales is celebrating 10 Years of Forest School with a two day conference on October 27th and 28th, 2010

Hosted by Forestry Commission Wales, the event will take place in St Mellons Cardiff.

Over the 2 days you will be able to:

• visit Forest School sites to share the success over the last 10 years

• take part in skills workshops for all levels of experience

• enjoy a social event on the evening of the 27th

• learn a new activity to try at your Forest School

• have your chance to influence the direction in which Wales takes
  Forest School in the next 10 years

The Wales FEI Steering Group decided to hold the 2011 Chairs meeting in Mid Wales at the newly refurbished Gregynog Hall in January 2011

FEI is working with a number of organisations to steer forest education in Wales - For more details on the work of the FEI Welsh Steering Group please read the Terms of Reference and the minutes of the most recent meeting. Subgroups have been established to take forward actions in specific areas.
